

RUMBLE POINT SYSTEM EXPLAINED


Single Elimination Format
5 points - tournament winner
4 points - 2nd place finish
3 points - 3rd place finish
2 points - at least one win but not a podium finish
1 point - first round participation but no wins
Double Elimination Format
Points multiplied by 2
Teams Format
as above, and all members of that team each receive the points
Last Man Standing Format
5 points - tournament winner
4 points - 2nd place finish
3 points - 3rd place finish
2 points - non podium finishers
No Elimination : Teams or 1v1 : All Teams In Format
This changes and is dependant on number of rumblers or teams entered
5 points per round - team winners
4 points per round - 2nd place
3 points per round - 3rd place
Unlike a ladder or round-robin tournament, points are not awarded for every single round in rumble Elimination Tournaments - since that would be unfair to those who are knocked out early. Instead, points are awarded based on final standings after the tournament has been completed.
Ongoing point accumulation is an indicator of the best and most frequent rumblers, and overall point accumulation will be counted toward the end of year awards.
